Champlain College

Founded in 1878, Champlain College is a small, not-for-profit, private college located near Lake Champlain and Burlington, Vermont, with additional campuses in Montreal, Canada, and Dublin, Ireland. A career-driven approach to higher education is a hallmark, preparing students for their professional life right from their very first semester.

With a  motto like "Audeamus" (Let Us Dare), Champlain College is not your run-of-the-mill educational institution. Pioneering an Upside-Down Curriculum, Champlain makes it possible for first-year students to dive straight into major-specific courses from the get-go. Powered by a 12:1 student-to-faculty ratio and average class sizes of just 14, the experience here is up close and personal.
