The Farmhouse at Sunset Pond:
Exciting developments are underway at The Essex Resort & Spa, with a new on-site conference center in progress. This expansion opens up numerous opportunities for meetings and events in the region. The meeting space boasts a generous 5100 square feet, capable of accommodating up to 325 seated guests or 500 for a reception. Additionally, a 2800 square foot covered farmers porch provides an option for an extra 250 seated guests. SILT BATHOUSE:

CITYPLACE BURLINGTON:
A mixed-use facility in the heart of downtown. Bringing new life with housing, street-level retail, a new hotel, outdoor spaces, restaurants, and local businesses, CityPlace is set to redefine the city center. CHAMPLAIN PARKWAY:
The Champlain Parkway project unfolds in two phases, with the initial contract progressing towards completion in 2024. This phase includes a new road from Home Avenue to Lakeside Avenue and enhancements to Lakeside Avenue and the Pine Street segment. The second contract, slated for 2025, aims to complete the Champlain Parkway from I-189 to Home Avenue, accompanied by upgrades to the Pine Street stretch between Kilburn and Main Streets. Exciting times lie ahead for Burlington's infrastructure.
