Casa Real Mexican Restaurant - Colchester VT:

Heart ‘N Soul by Mark BBQ - Market Street South Burlington:

Originating as a beloved food truck in Essex, VT, Mark BBQ has expanded to South Burlington. Located at 155 Market Street, this BBQ joint combines the best of authentic Texas BBQ with Vermont's culinary excellence.

Frankies - Burlington (Opening Spring of 2024):

Keep an eye out for this Vermont restaurant, set to open at 169 Cherry Street, formerly home to Penny Cluse Cafe. Frankies will offer fine wines, cocktails, and a rotating menu of locally sourced items.

Devil Takes a Holiday (Renovation):

Devil Takes a Holiday, a new cocktail bar that opened in 2022 on St. Paul Street in Burlington, recently underwent renovations. The bar has now reopened with a kitchen and is serving dinner and snacks alongside its delectable cocktail and drink menu.

Santiago’s Cuban (Opened in 2023):

Santiago’s Cuban finally opened its doors on August 3rd, 2023, in a historic location—the former Madera’s Restaurant at the foot of Main Street. This picturesque spot offers magnificent views of Lake Champlain and the Burlington Waterfront. Hotel Champlain - A Curio by Hilton (Coming in 2024):

This rebranding represents a forward-thinking commitment to Burlington’s downtown. Stay tuned for the official opening of Hotel Champlain and the debut of their new restaurant, the Skiff & Rudder. Burlington Trolley Tours: Burlington Trolley Tours completed their first season in 2023 and are excited to bring back their tours in 2024. Embark on a one-hour guided tour through the region to learn about the history and geography of the Burlington region. It's a fantastic activity for families, couples, and children. CityPlace Burlington: This LEED Gold® certified, mixed-use facility is emerging in the heart of downtown, promising to breathe new life into the city center with housing, street-level retail, outdoor spaces, restaurants, and local businesses. We are very excited to welcome CityPlace into Downtown. Stay tuned for updates on its construction and anticipated completion date.

Cambrian Rise: Positioned along North Avenue in Burlington, Cambrian Rise is a collection of six brand-new apartment buildings offering modern units with stunning views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. Two of these buildings are currently under construction and will be completed in 2024, connecting residents to the vibrant Burlington community.

Champlain Parkway:  The Champlain Parkway project in Burlington is set to unfold in two distinct phases. Currently, the initial contract is in progress and is expected to reach completion in 2024. This phase encompasses the construction of a new road extending from Home Avenue to Lakeside Avenue, along with enhancements to Lakeside Avenue and the Pine Street segment between Lakeside Avenue and Kilburn Street. Looking ahead, the second contract is slated to commence in 2025, with a targeted completion date of 2027. This phase involves the construction of the Champlain Parkway from I-189 to Home Avenue, accompanied by upgrades to the Pine Street stretch between Kilburn and Main Streets.
